Frequently asked questions:

Q: What happens after I make a purchase online with ICE Systems.

A: You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you place your order. Next a member of our team will contact you to arrange an appointment for your installation. This will be during our shops opening hours. 

 

Q: How do I know which product is correct for my vehicle? 

A: We check of all our orders against your exact vehicle. For this we will require the registration ( U.K. or Irish Reg ) to confirm the application is correct.

 

Q: After I purchase when will I get an appointment for installation?

A: We typically have appointments within five working days. 

 

Q: Where will the installation take place?

A: All of our installations must be done at our premises in Ranelagh, Dublin 6.

 

Q: How long will you need my vehicle for?

A: Most of our work is done within one working day. We require the vehicle to be dropped off at our premises in Ranelagh in the morning, with collection in the mid to late afternoon. We can advise on installation times when we confirm the appointment. 

 

Q: Why do Car Stereos not include installation?

A: The car stereos themselves have a set price, however depending on the exact vehicle to which they will be installed we may need to use a variation of fascia panels, wiring harness, and steering wheel control interfaces. Please call us on 014971273 for an exact price on installation for your choice of stereo in your vehicle.

 

Q: I have purchased my own stereo, speakers etc, will ICE Systems install them?

A: No, we have a company policy to only install what we supply. This ensures the high quality of our installations are maintained. When you buy from ICE Systems you get a warranty for products and the installation. Products sourced elsewhere could not be guaranteed by us.
